Who We Are
About This Site
An independent Canadian slot review site built by a small research team, funded by affiliate links, and answerable to the reader first.
Our Story
This site started as a working spreadsheet. A small group of us, spread across Ontario and Quebec, kept pulling the same slots apart across half a dozen operator sites and provider pages, trying to reconcile RTP figures, bet ranges, and bonus-buy prices that never quite matched between sources. Fury of Anubis is a good example: three different RTP configurations circulate across data hubs, and the studio's own page lists none of them outright. Rather than pick a number and move on, we decided to build a site that shows the reader where the numbers agree, where they don't, and why.
The team is small on purpose. A researcher pulls specs from provider pages, licensing databases, and third-party review hubs. A second person checks those figures against at least one independent source before anything goes live. An editor reads the draft against the raw research and cuts anything that reads like filler or repeats a fact already stated elsewhere on the page. Nobody on the team is a developer of the games we cover, and nobody has access to private studio data beyond what is published.
We are not a casino, and we do not process deposits, withdrawals, or account registrations. Every button on this site labelled to send you to a partner casino is exactly that: a link to a third-party operator, and we earn a commission if you sign up or play there. That commission has no bearing on how we describe a game's volatility, its hit frequency, or its maximum win. If a figure is unconfirmed, we say so once, clearly, rather than filling the gap with an industry-average guess.
Coverage decisions are practical. We prioritize games and pages that readers in Canada actually search for, which means provincial availability differences (Ontario's regulated iGaming market versus offshore-licensed sites used elsewhere in the country) come up often in our notes. We try to flag those distinctions rather than write as if one licensing regime applies everywhere.
This is an informational site aimed at adults old enough to gamble legally in their province: 19 and older in most of Canada, 18 and older in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec. We link to responsible gambling resources where relevant and do not present slot outcomes as predictable or beatable through strategy.
Affiliate Disclosure
This site participates in affiliate programs run by online casino operators. When you click a partner link and later register or deposit at that casino, we may receive a commission. This does not change the price you pay or the terms offered to you, and it does not influence the RTP figures, volatility ratings, or feature descriptions published on any game page. Where our research turned up conflicting figures from different sources, we note the discrepancy once on the relevant page rather than presenting a single unverified number as fact. If a spec is marked as not confirmed, that reflects a gap in publicly available data, not a guess we chose not to make.
